Delivery and Payment

How to Order

1. Choose the item you like and fill out the order form on the website. Enter your contact details, and we will reach out to you to confirm the order details. If you prefer, you can also contact us via any messaging app— we're always happy to help!
2. Orders are shipped within 14 business days. We strive to make the delivery process as convenient as possible for you.

Payment

1. Full prepayment is required to process your order.
2. Payment can be made through a bank account. We are also working on adding other convenient payment methods.

Delivery

Please note that due to the global epidemiological situation, transport companies may experience increased congestion and delays.

Within Ukraine: We deliver orders via Nova Poshta. Delivery costs are covered by you. After shipping, you will receive an SMS with the tracking number to monitor your order.

International Delivery: We use DHL for shipments from Katowice (Poland) or Dnipro (Ukraine). Delivery costs are covered by you. Delivery time depends on your country. After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel.

Returns

1. You can exchange or return items within 14 days of receiving your parcel, in accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Protection".
2. To request a return or exchange, please send a request to dobrova.space@gmail.com. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.
