PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes an official offer (offer) from the Seller to enter into a purchase and sale agreement for goods through the website dobrova.space. The terms of this offer apply equally to all buyers and are considered accepted upon clicking the "Confirm Order" button and receiving an order confirmation from the Seller.

1. Definitions

  • Offer – a public proposal to enter into a purchase and sale agreement for the goods.
  • Goods/Service – the object of the agreement, selected and placed in the cart on the website or already purchased.
  • Online Store – the Seller's website at https://dobrova.space.
  • Buyer – a physical or legal person making a purchase.
  • Seller – FOP Dobrova Maria Serhiivna.

 

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer shall pay for them. The agreement is considered concluded at the moment of clicking the "Confirm Order" button and receiving confirmation of the order from the Seller.

 

3. Order Placement

  • Orders are placed through the form on the website or via email. 
  • The Seller reserves the right to refuse order processing if there is a suspicion of incorrect information. 
  • The Buyer is obligated to provide accurate data for order fulfillment.

 

4. Price and Delivery

  • Prices for goods are indicated on the website in UAH, including VAT. 
  • Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods and are paid separately. 
  • The Buyer confirms receipt of the goods in the presence of the delivery service representative.

 

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • The Seller is obligated to deliver the goods in accordance with the agreement and to keep personal information confidential. 
  • The Buyer is obligated to familiarize themselves with the terms and provide accurate delivery information.

 

6. Return of Goods

  • The Buyer may return the goods within 14 days if they do not meet quality requirements. 
  • The cost of the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days after the Seller receives the returned goods. 
  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer.

 

7. Liability

  • The Seller is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the goods. 
  • Both parties are liable according to the legislation of Ukraine.

 

8. Confidentiality

  • The Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data." 
  • The Seller undertakes not to disclose personal information except as required by law.

 

9. Miscellaneous

  • The agreement is concluded and regulated by the laws of Ukraine. 
  • Disputes are resolved through negotiations or in court. 
  • The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement, which will be announced on the website.
